Dan gave me this signal for helping him move some of his signals to a shed. Its a Safetran 3 aspect dwarf. I noticed when I got it that it needed work but I did not find out the total damage till I got home. All the holes for the hoods are stripped out. The alum that hold the locks were broken off and the base was leaning. Thats not going to get fixed. The lower red aspect was broke so it was decided to remove the lower aspect and just make the signal into a 2 aspect dwarf. Since I like lunars I installed a lunar in place of the red and moved the red up. Remember the most restricting aspect is installed on the bottom. (Lunar Under Red)
